Welcome to Enable99. By accessing or using our platform, services, or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Enable99 platform.

If you don't agree, you can't use the platform.

• Platform. The Enable99 system — website, dashboard, mobile application, and all related services.
• User. Any individual or entity accessing or using the platform, including company admins and Enable99'ers.
• Company. Any organization that registers to use the platform.
• Enable99'er. Individuals offering their services through the platform.
• Content. All text, data, information, or other materials uploaded, displayed, or transmitted on or through the platform.

To use the Enable99 platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of the company you represent.
• Agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.

• Creation. You'll need an account to access our services. You're responsible for the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account.
• Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, complete information at sign-up and to keep it up to date.
• Termination. Enable99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Permitted use. Use the platform solely for business activities allowed by these Terms.

Prohibited activities. You are prohibited from:

• Misusing or interfering with the platform in any way.
• Impersonating any individual or entity.
• Engaging in any unlawful or unauthorized activity.
• Accessing or attempting to access non-public areas of the platform or its systems.

• Payment terms. Companies are responsible for paying for services rendered by Enable99'ers through the platform. Payments are processed via the Enable99 system.
• Platform fees. Enable99 charges a transaction fee. Specific fees are outlined during onboarding.
• Refunds. Refunds are at Enable99's discretion and issued only in defined circumstances, such as non-performance by the Enable99'er.

• Ownership. Enable99 owns all intellectual property rights related to the platform and its services — software, logos, trademarks, designs, and other materials.
• License. Enable99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform solely in accordance with these Terms.
• User content. By submitting content on the platform, you grant Enable99 a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, distribute, modify, and display your content in connection with providing services.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed during use of the platform — including business strategies, financial information, and other sensitive data.

• Limitation of liability. Enable99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the platform in the preceding twelve months.
• No warranty. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Enable99 does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

• Governing law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Enable99 is headquartered.
• Dispute handling. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in the governing jurisdiction.
• Informal resolution. Before seeking formal legal remedies, parties must first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting Enable99's support team.

Suspension of access. Enable99 may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time without prior notice for violations of these Terms or for any reason deemed appropriate by Enable99.

Effect of termination. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms will be immediately revoked, and you must cease all use of the platform.

Changes to the Terms. Enable99 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
